SUMMARY:School Board Spotlight & Legislative Update
DESCRIPTION:Americans for Prosperity – GA is hosting a School Board Spotlight and Legislative Update for Chatham County at the 5 Spot – Sandfly Location. \nWe will be speaking on the education-specific Legislative Priorities for the 2022 General Assembly in addition to how YOU can get involved today. And\, most importantly\, we will be hearing from Savannah-Chatham County School Board District 7 Representative Michael Johnson and local activist Ayeda Ali on the importance of these issues. \nAs we are all familiar with\, the Governor’s race in Virginia brought education to the forefront of issues to watch in 2022. From the importance of keeping parents involved in the classroom\, to ESA’s and school choice\, each of these issues will be the focus of the 2022 General Assembly\, a key issue in every campaign platform\, and my main priority for engagement in 2022.
